  Is there a worse company than @ATT?I made the horrible mistake of ordering internet service from them in mid-November, butt had ti give you on getting a modem after a month of trying.Yet, they didn't cancel my service as promise.Stuck on hold 20' trying to cancel, again.

  After a 43 hour #attoutage @ATT fiber service was finally restored. In those 43 hours I was unable to get a single update from ATT and I’m beyond disappointed in their customer service. I can no longer recommend @ATT to anyone.

  I highly suggest nobody do business with @ATTCares or @Uverse. Cancelled my services last month and they will not be issuing me a refund for the part I did not use. Also their system has a glitch that when you cancel autopay, it may say immediately, but then they still take the $
