Sunday Santa Anita Park Recap – April 1 (6 out of 6)Both surfaces seemed to play fair (turf rail at 8 feet). Three wins apiece for Rafael Bejarano and Joe Talamo. Training doubles for Vladimir Cerin and John Sadler. On the ticket front I tabbed five Primary (Koast, Trapper’s Bounty, Bodie Girl, Calimonco, Pretty Darn Quick) winners and one Secondary (Rock This Way) winner. Bingo! The winning sequence paid $4,446.60. I actually gave out 6/6 twice since Primary player Boat Trip scratched out of the opening leg, so I got post time favorite and fellow Primary contender Koast again.
